Account Supervisor: Website and Platform

About the Position

Rokkan is currently looking for an Account Supervisor to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will come from a true digital shop, and will have experience working closely with clients on their website and platform builds.

The Client Partnership team plays a pivotal role in the agency in two ways, first and foremost, we roll up our sleeves and dig deeply into our client’s businesses and organizations to intuitively understand their organizations and competitive environments and to provide clarity and strategic direction that leads to success. Second, and no less important, we are also the client’s direct link to the agency and we are the ones who connect clients to our projects, our work, and our thinking. We represent their interests, brand and vision, and promote a healthy tension with internal stakeholders as we fight for what’s in our clients’ best interests.

  • Developing strategic direction for clients, helping them organize, synthesize and process complex information to help provide a clear roadmap to success
  • Leading internal projects, communicating all essential project and client information to key agency resources and stakeholders as well as making sure each project hits its required milestones, launch dates and client expectations.
  • Developing and presenting presentations to clients showcasing both strategic direction and creative work.
  • Working with our internal Production team to manage overall project budget burn and resource allocations to ensure that 1) projects stay on time and on budget and 2) that each project is properly staffed and supported.
  • Managing large scale relationships to foresee future client needs and provide ongoing client support for ongoing client needs
  • Analyzing and optimizing client platforms and campaigns and providing and implementing tactical recommendations for improvement
  • Providing back-end campaign and engagement analysis to determine project success and identify areas of opportunity and optimization
  • Lead award and case study submissions for client work
  • Has 4-6 years of work experience within digital having helped businesses develop and implement impactful digital strategies.
  • Worked at a cutting edge digital agency or at a strategy consultancy having helped clients overcome complex business challenges and having helped clients leverage digital to create real business value.
  • Has experience managing large scale digital projects across multiple channels (.com, mobile, social, campaigns)
  • Earned a bachelor’s degree.  Advanced degree desirable, MBA would be a plus.
