SENIOR PRODUCER

We’re looking for a full-time, client-facing Senior Producer to work in our New York office. Candidates should be highly organized with substantial project management experience in digital. Positive attitude, strong passion, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are crucial.

Experience and confidence in working with clients and managing the following types of projects are preferred:

• High-profile large-scale site builds

• Social Media experiences

• Mobile

• Rich media/video projects

• Online banner ads

• Experience developing timelines, managing budgets, and creating project status reports

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of Interactive Producer experience, both managing Web initiatives and teams

• Experience developing large-scale sites including heavy transaction-based or eCommerce sites

• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Strong client management and client-facing communication skills

• Solid understanding of Web development processes

• Ability to clearly identify and manage scope, with past experiences in writing in-depth Scope of Work documents

• Ability to estimate and develop annual budgets for Clients that consist of multiple projects

• Ability to develop and manage complex timelines

• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, and Office suite

SENIOR DIGITAL STRATEGIST

The Senior Digital Strategist will be responsible for brand planning, digitally executions, and a strong team manager able to mentor junior to mid-level strategists and effectively partner with agency technology and creative teams. The right person is an exceptional strategic leader with broad expertise in building brands in both traditional and digital media who is able to marry business strategy and consumer insights to the potential of technology.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Lead and activate digital strategies for clients

• Develop strong relationships with senior level client(s) responsible for development of advertising programs establishing regular communication to ensure expectations are met

• Engage and activate both internal team members and the Client to maximize effectiveness

• Clearly and persuasively communicate strategic recommendations to internal and external audiences

• Gather data and research to support recommendations, utilizing proprietary and third-party tools as necessary

• Explore ideas within the online video space, especially content creation and distribution

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years working as in Strategic Planning providing strategic brand and business counsel to senior Fortune 500 clients; 2+ years creating opportunities for brands in digital and social media

• Trusted by clients as a source for ongoing digital counsel and social education

• Proven success developing relationships with executive-level marketers

• History of pitching and winning business from new and existing clients

• Demonstrated ability for delivering strategic solutions AND rolling up your sleeves to bring those solutions to life

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams to come up with ideas far better than anyone could ever do alone and to foster a shared sense of ownership and success

• Research using third-party tools such as Sysomos, HootSuite, or Facebook Analytics

• Experience in producing quantitative and qualitative reports

• Partner and counselor to creative teams to help them develop better work

• Constantly looking for ways to evolve the capabilities of the strategy group

• The ability to thrive in an environment that values entrepreneurialism and results and work across a matrix environment

We're looking for an experienced Creative Director to join our creative team. He or she will be responsible for driving the overall creative vision for all of our client projects as well as mentoring the agency’s next generation of kick-ass art directors and visual designers. The Creative Director must possess impeccable client-facing skills and be able to represent the agency’s creative and ideation process at all stages of the engagement. 

Responsibilities: 

• Produce compelling, creative, and user-focused solutions that align with clients’ business objectives. 

• Build, foster, and develop client relationships. 

• Persuasively and passionately present concepts to both existing and potential clients.  

• Act as a creative lead, and oversee and mentor a team of art directors and designers.

• Continually ensure award-winning consistency and quality across all client projects. 

• Manage the creative process from concept to production and making sure that the creative team adheres to brand guidelines and style. 

Requirements: 

• 7+ years of working in a digital agency with proven experience in a creative leadership role

• Experience in participating in new-business pitches

• Fast, efficient, and able to manage creative budgets and resources

• Must possess the ability to successfully cross-collaborate with User Experience, Strategy, Tech, Project, and Account Management teams

• A true visionary digital artist– established design background in driving ideation and execution across various types of digital platforms, including: Web, e-commerce, mobile, social media, rich media, and video
